Transportation is not provided to the Country Music Hall of Fame or the Wildhorse Saloon. Both venues are nearby the JW Marriott and walkable.
Registered, paid attendees receive the following benefits:
• Entry for one to the Awards Gala on Wednesday evening;
• Access to all conference sessions and vendor fair
• All meals, snacks and beverages served as part of the conference; and
• Entry for one to the networking event at the Wildhorse Saloon on Thursday evening.
Plus-One tickets to the awards gala are generally not available, so that we may maintain an intimate evening reserved for celebrating our employees, franchise teams and gold-level event sponsors. However, Franchise owners may reach out to Rita Ramey or Caitlin Schrimpf to learn more about a limited number of Plus-One tickets that are available for their exclusive purchase, for their own significant others.
YES! First, note that each registered attendee will have entry into this event without any additional purchase or tickets necessary. And as a new, additional benefit for our attendees, you may purchase a single Plus-One ticket to bring your significant other to the Wildhorse Saloon event. Tickets are $250 each, which covers the full dinner buffet, open bar and entry to our private event space at the Wildhorse Saloon. An option to add a Plus-One guest ticket to your registration is available in the online registration form. If you already registered yourself and now want to purchase a Plus-One ticket for your guest, email Caitlin Schrimpf.
A guest badge will be provided at check-in for any guests with paid tickets to an evening event. Plus One tickets for the Wildhorse Saloon may be purchased in advance, and a limited number of tickets will also be available for purchase at the Welcome Center desk on Wednesday or Thursday during the conference.
YES! We invite you to have some FUN with such a special evening out on the town. Grab your boots, hat, and show off your own unique take on “elegant western wear”. This is encouraged but not required. Your conference leadership team will be participating, so have fun and please join us!
The conference will be held at the JW Marriott in Downtown Nashville. A limited number of discounted rooms are available through our room block. If you did not reserve your room prior to the room block being sold out, you will want to find accommodations at one of the several nearby hotels. Nashville is a popular destination and the number of rooms made available to us as part of the room block are limited and will sell out.
Please check in with us on Wednesday prior to the Awards Gala, as your badge is needed to gain entry to the Awards Gala. Upon arrival at the JW Marriott, you will be directed to the conference area where you will visit our Welcome Center desk to check in. Our Welcome Center will be staffed from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Wednesday and through the duration of the conference, and will serve as a customer service desk for any event-related support you may need during your stay. Upon arrival you will receive your badge, a printed program, and assistance with accessing our conference mobile app.
Yes! This year we are putting the conference schedule, speaker bios, announcements and more, all in the palm of your hand! We will have printed programs available onsite as well. A link to download the app will be shared with registered attendees approximately one week prior to the event.
Rita Ramey and Caitlin Schrimpf are available for any questions or registration support you may need. We will also be sending out a “what to expect” welcome message the week of the event, which will help you feel prepared for the event immediately upon arrival.
