Builder Impact Together: Launching an Associate-Driven Philanthropic Initiative
This session tells the story of how our organization successfully launched a new philanthropic outreach—designed not just to give back, but to strengthen our culture and engage associates at every level. Attendees will learn how we moved from vision to execution by creating associate-involved service days, listening closely to what causes mattered most to our teams, and empowering them to help select the nonprofit partners we support financially.
The presentation will also highlight how we ensured accountability and sustainability, including the creation of a planned giving fund through a larger foundation to extend our impact beyond the initial commitment.
