Joe Karpowicz

As General Counsel for Epcon Communities, Joe leads legal strategy across the company’s homebuilding, development, and sales operations. With a background that includes senior legal roles at both Epcon and Wendy’s International, Joe brings deep expertise in real estate law, risk management, and regulatory compliance. He earned his law degree from The Ohio State University and holds a bachelor’s from the University of Notre Dame, where he also played Division I baseball.
