Tim Bailey

Tim has spent most of his career in the building industry, starting at 16 years old, working summers in construction. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario and has worked as a carpenter, project manager, new home sales specialist, and vice president for a multi-division builder. As Director of Operations-Avid at ECI Software Solutions, Tim helps the building industry leverage research, data and innovation to create customer experience excellence.

Tim is passionate about helping homebuilders leverage technology to enhance the customer experience, and his thought leadership articles have appeared in publications in the US and Canada. As an engaging public speaker, Tim has become a frequent presenter at industry events across the country.
